SmartCraft Enterprise Solutions is growing – and we’re now looking for a hands-on and business-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our brands Congrid, Locka, Homerun and Coredination among enterprise customers in Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing content and campaign strategies that position SmartCraft’s Enterprise Solutions brands in the Swedish market.
The role is both tactical and operational - translating overall marketing plans into concrete activities that generate leads, support complex B2B sales processes, and build long-term customer relationships.
You will work closely with Sales Managers from each brand and collaborate with colleagues across the Enterprise Business Area and external partners. The position is based at our Gothenburg office and reports to the Marketing Manager for Enterprise Solutions.
Key responsibilities in the role:
- Develop and execute the Swedish marketing plan in collaboration with Sales Managers and the BA marketing team.
- Translate the overall Enterprise strategy into an effective content plan for Swedish enterprise customers, focusing on account-based marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Manage and update websites for Congrid, Locka, Homerun, and Coredination, ensuring optimized content and strong conversion paths.
- Plan and produce digital campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and events targeting enterprise clients.
- Create content for digital channels - including thought-leadership articles, sales materials, videos, and social media posts.
- Manage customer segments and email marketing in HubSpot, supporting lead nurturing and engagement.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure consistent and impactful marketing execution.
- Support customer success and sales teams to drive adoption, engagement, and retention through targeted communication.
ABOUT YOU
You are a structured and result oriented marketer who understands the dynamics of complex B2B sales processes and the needs of enterprise customers. You have hands-on experience working with this customer segment and know how to build and strengthen a brand over time through data-driven and strategic marketing efforts.
You thrive in environments where you can combine strategic thinking with operational execution - and you enjoy translating complex solutions into engaging, value-driven content that resonates with decision-makers.
Experience and qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in B2B marketing for enterprise clients, ideally within SaaS, construction technology, or enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of long and complex sales cycles and how marketing supports each stage of the buyer journey.
- Proven ability to manage and optimise digital platforms (websites, HubSpot, SEO, campaign tools) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Demonstrated experience in aligning marketing activities with sales goals and account-based strategies.
- Strong content creation skills – written, video, and multimedia – tailored for enterprise decision-makers.
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for brand building and lead nurturing.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
