ABOUT THE ROLE
As Sales Manager – the Baltics, you will drive IMCD’s Advanced Materials business across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The portfolio spans plastics, composites, elastomers, additives, and lubricants, with a strong focus on thermoplastics and composite materials. You’ll manage the full sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and developing customer projects to delivering technical solutions and closing deals. The role combines new business generation with the growth of existing accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and also the suppliers
- Using the CRM system to monitor opportunities and performance
- Aligning with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions
Regular travel within the Baltic region is expected. You can be based at the Vilnius office or work remotely from a home office in Lithuania.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a commercial and hands-on sales professional with experience from either the plastics or composites industry. Ideally, you have insights into the injection molding market in the Baltics and enjoy combining technical materials knowledge with business development. You are structured, proactive, and thrive on building new business. As a person, you are a natural relationship builder, humble and self driven.
We believe you bring:
- Experience in technical sales or business development within plastics and/or composites
- Knowledge of the injection molding market (highly meriting)
- Strong communication skills in English, Lithuanian and ideally in other Baltic languages
- Good digital skills (Office, CRM systems)
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
