ABOUT THE ROLE
As Sales Manager at cReal Food, you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, starting in Sweden and gradually extending into other Nordic markets.You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with food manufacturers in categories like dairy, culinary, ice cream, snacks, and savoury.
You’ll be part of a close-knit and ambitious team, working side-by-side with applications experts, sales support and logistics functions and reporting directly to the CEO. With their full-scale production now up and running in Bjuv, this is your chance to help bring a revolutionary oat-based ingredient to market—at scale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and acquiring new B2B customers across Sweden
- Managing the full sales cycle—from first contact to final deal
- Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and support clients
- Representing cReal at trade shows and industry events
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven individual with strong experience in functional food ingredients. You have a proven ability to sell value and know how to build a market through innovation, technical understanding, and strategic partnerships. You come with an established network in the industry, enabling you to hit the ground running and open doors from day one.
You are likely to have:
- Extensive sales experience in the food industry — with a clear focus on functional or specialty ingredients
- A strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in new customer acquisition
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to turn innovative concepts into real opportunities
- An existing network of decision-makers within food manufacturing across Sweden and ideally the Nordics
- Fluency in both Swedish and English – ideally also more Scandinavian languages
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) across Sweden and, over time, the Nordics - you will probably be based at your home office when not travelling
