ABOUT THE ROLE
As a People Partner at EVORA, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the people strategy within the organisation. Serving as the primary HR contact for Sweden and our product engineering division across the world, you will support and coach leaders on HR matters while ensuring alignment with company policies and processes. Collaborating closely with your counterpart in the UK, you will help implement HR initiatives across the business. Reporting directly to the COO, this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Core responibilities:
- Act as a strategic People Partner to leaders and teams, building trusted relationships and providing expert support to drive business performance through people.
- Act as the primary HR representative for the Swedish organisation, ensuring HR processes and policies are effectively applied.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with line managers, coaching and supporting them in all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement people-focused solutions that align with business strategy while ensuring consistency across the organisation.
- Take ownership of key employment processes, including performance reviews, recruitment, career progression, onboarding, and probation management.
- Lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, particularly around line management and employee growth.
- Communicate and implement HR policies and initiatives effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy application.
- Draft and review employment contracts and key documentation.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain employee data integrity.
- Work proactively with leaders across the business to define and implement future HR strategies and initiatives.

You have a passion for driving people-focused initiatives and enjoy building strong relationships while influencing at all levels. Coaching leaders and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals come naturally to you.
We believe that you have a solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices, making you comfortable acting as the primary HR representative in Sweden. Your expertise in employee relations, performance management, and learning & development enables you to provide valuable guidance to both leaders and employees.
With a structured and detail-oriented approach, you manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively - from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation and career development. Your collaborative mindset allows you to work seamlessly with colleagues across different locations, ensuring alignment with broader HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment law in relevant jurisdictions
- Proven experience working in HR teams within a corporate business model
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an collaborative approach
- A client-focused mindset, understanding EVORA’s business objectives and how HR can support them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
